The guys at Jack It Up Computer Repairs discussed the options available in good detail once I explained the issue. They came to my home to pick up the PC, fixed it within a day whilst staying in contact with me the whole time letting me know how they were getting on, then dropped it back to my home again so I didn’t even need to leave the house once. Quality repair work was done, id advise anybody in the area to use this company, and the icing on the cake is the pricing is more than fair!
I recently had problems with my laptop being very slow and failing to perform normal functions. I received very prompt advice and service from Jack (including free collection) and on return to me I had a very fast, better than new, laptop again. This experience led to my asking Jack to upgrade another older laptop which had been somewhat redundant to me, but with a bigger screen I was keen to use it again. I again had excellent prompt service from Jack and another very fast laptop returned to me.
Costs were extremely reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone, whether for individual private repairs or for business purposes.
Dealt with Jack last week, had problems with my gaming tower as I had moved house with it, and it had taken a knock. Stripped it and rebuilt it and it’s good as new! Great communication will highly recommend as he knows his stuff!
