Jack It Up provides computer repair and IT services to individuals and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to laptop repairs, computer builds, home networking, data recovery, virus removal, and hardware upgrades.
3. Service Guarantees
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost. We also offer a "no fix, no fee" guarantee - if we cannot fix your issue, you will not be charged for the repair attempt.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Backing up all data before service. While we take precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss.
- Providing accurate information about the issues with your device.
- Removing any passwords or security measures that would prevent us from accessing the device for repair.
- Promptly picking up devices after repair is complete, or arranging for delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jack It Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
